Returns and Refund Policy
You can cancel your order before delivery. After delivery, you have 14 days from the day on which the last item in your order was delivered to let us know that you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day. You can submit your request through your customer account under your order or by emailing info@asmanisprogel.com.
You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a shop. If you use it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for any reduction in value. For certain sealed products, a statutory exception may apply once the seal has been broken; see below. After you notify us, we will send you return instructions. You can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by clearly informing us within the applicable period that you wish to withdraw from the purchase; you do not have to wait for approval before exercising this right. If you return a product because you have changed your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning it. For a defective or incorrectly supplied product, please contact info@asmanisprogel.com; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if a product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products covered by a statutory exception, such as products made to your specifications or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken after delivery. Discounted items are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. For gift cards, we assess return requests in accordance with the applicable legal rules; please contact us at info@asmanisprogel.com.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the current product. Once your return has been approved, you can place a separate order for the new product.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
For consumer orders within the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days after receipt of the last item, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. You can also cancel before delivery. Notify us of your decision through your customer account under your order or by emailing info@asmanisprogel.com. You may assess the product as you would in a shop; use beyond this may result in a charge for any reduction in value.
Refunds
When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method. If you withdraw from the entire purchase, this also includes the original standard delivery costs; additional costs for a more expensive delivery method you selected will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
