This two-phase makeup remover combines an oil and water phase to gently remove makeup and impurities. The formula cleanses, helps soothe the skin and leaves it feeling hydrated.

Directions

Shake well to mix the oil and water phases. Moisten a cotton pad and hold it gently against the eyelids or the skin of the face for a few seconds. Gently wipe to remove makeup. Follow with a facial cleanser.
